How can you transfer points to another user?

As in sP? There's a place in Centropolis that converts sP into vouchers. It becomes an item that you can give to another user. http://www.subeta.net/explore/spvouchers.php

Remember, there's a limit to how many you can make per day!

if you want to transfer a large amount the easiest way is to have them put a junk item in trades so you can bid on it and they can accept /or/ have them put an item in their shop for a set amount so you can buy it.

~ You can only make 50,000sP worth of vouchers a day, so if you want to transfer sP in larger amounts, like in the millions, then your best bet would be to use the shops and trades like said. :)
